BearKong Digital LLC (“BearKong”, “we”) runs bearkong.com. This page explains what we collect when you visit, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Your email address. When you ask for a free account audit, we save the email you type in, the page you were on, and the time. If you email or call us, we keep what you send us.

How you use the site. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages people visit, how far they scroll, and where they click. Clarity records visits as replays of mouse movement, clicks and scrolling. Both tools use cookies and collect things like your device, browser, rough location and the site you came from.

Your IP address. Our server sees it, like every web server does. We use it for a short time to block spam.

What we use it for

• To reply about your audit. One reply from a real person. We do not add you to a newsletter.
• To see what works on the site and fix what does not.
• To keep the site safe from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.

Who handles it for us

• Hostinger hosts the site. Our server is in Malaysia.
• Brevo delivers the email that tells us you filled in a form.
• Cloudflare routes our email.
• Google runs Google Analytics and the fonts on this site.
• Microsoft runs Clarity. More on how Microsoft uses data is in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

This means your details may be stored and handled outside your own country, including in the United States and Malaysia.

If you become a client

We work inside your ad accounts and tracking tools. That data stays yours. We use it to run and report on your ads. We publish results on our Track Record page without client names.

How long we keep it

We keep your email while we are in touch with you or working with you. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Your choices

• Email team@bearkong.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
• Block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
• Stop Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on.

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this page, we will update the date at the top.
